2. Booking & Payment
Reservations can be made via our website, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or directly with us.
A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.
Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or online platforms.
Advance payment may be required for peak seasons and long-term stays.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
50% charge for cancellations made 3-6 days before arrival.
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows.
4. Children & Extra Beds
Children under 5 years stay free if sharing existing bedding.
Extra beds can be provided upon request (charges apply).
Baby cots are available on request (subject to availability).
5. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Service animals with valid documentation are permitted.
6. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or tents.
Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
7. Noise & Behavior
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect other guests.
Parties and loud music are not permitted in rooms/tents.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or missing items.

Swimming pool, bicycle tours, and outdoor activities are available for guests.
