The Resort is owned by a Sri Lankan - and a Dutch family.
The Sri Lankan owner has worked many years as chef for an European family, so he knows how to treat European. Every day he will prepare a good 3 course meal.
The European staff will look after the technical matters and manage the resort on the background.
